# Metabolt

> Metabolt is a metabolic decision engine. It infers your live physiological state, states its confidence, and recommends the next action before you commit.

Metabolt is a metabolic intelligence platform, not a wellness tracker. It observes every reading, dose, meal and recovery signal; infers a live, per-person physiological state between readings; then simulates the available actions (eat, correct, hold, wait) and recommends one, in plain language, with its confidence. When confidence is low it holds the recommendation until the signal settles.
